Your parent name and email, the profiles you create (each student's name, grade and language), lesson progress, quiz results, badges, devotional readings, and the log of tutor conversations.
Only your account. Every record is tied to the parent account and the access rules only allow your own family's data to be read. We use it solely to run the site.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our site.
Every question and answer is saved to your account so you can read it. The tutor is instructed never to ask for personal details. To reply it uses an AI service; the conversation is sent to that service and is not used to train models.
Students do not create their own accounts: an adult creates the profile. We do not sell data, we show no advertising, and we do not share family information with third parties except to operate the service.
Write to support@k12faithacademy.com and we delete your family account and its records, within what the law requires us to keep.
